What type of chemical did you find that works great to clean your guns/cups of old dried epoxy/urethane.I know you should clean up after use,but sometimes  Embarrassed  it dont happen right away. i leave my parts in a 5 gallon bucket filled half way with a paint remover (green type) for a day or two and scrub parts until clean.

I just ordered Naked Gun Spray-Gun Kleaner CSG14 from my local automotive wholesale store.  $88.85 delivers a kit consisting of: 1 5 Gallon metal bucket, 1 dip bucket that fits inside and 4 gallons of Naked Gun Spray-Gun Kleaner in 4 gallon cans.  This cleaner is reusable and is "the professionals choice for restoring spray guns, cleans hard dry material from metal spray equipment, hydro-seal prevents solvent evaporation.  Made by Klean Strip. 1-800-238-2672 Memphis, TN

If you have any rubber parts, don't expose them. Otherwise, dip away!

I noticed this and 24hrs seems like a long time in your in a hurry but I use a product called Naked Gun cleaner from Resurface Solutions. Seriously I have 2 technicians and they are younger than I am and are still in the learning process of how to up-keep and clean your gun properly. Its a 5 gallon bucket with a dipping basket. You can insert your entire gun(minus plastic parts like check valves bc it will cause swelling) for 10-15 mins and take your gun out and and the old dired up paint will wipe right off. This stuff is a LIFE SAVER Shocked!! Heres the link to the product.... http://www.resurfacesolutions.com/pc-311-10-spray-gun-kleaner-4-gallon-kit-with-dip-basket.aspx

There are also other retailers that carry the Naked Gun product which may be local to you, this may save on shipping... http://www.kleanstripauto.com/ or http://www.wmbarr.com/ksauto/ksauto_wheretobuy.html

94 bucks for a can of naked gun with or with out shipping cost is expensive.most local shops in your back yard that carry the KLEAN STRIP product line can get it for you if u just ask for it,and no shipping fees Wink.
24 hrs is long but I think and hope most of us have more than just one gun ready to go at all times and if u dont i suggest u get a back up gun asap.
